About Us
Rocky River Gardens is located in the heart of Cleveland’s West Park neighborhood, less than 1 mile from Kamms Corner and Fairview Hospital. We offer short-term rehab, long-term care, onsite dialysis, and a secured memory unit. We are committed to serving our neighborhood and community with the best post-acute and long-term care needs to help our patients reach their maximum quality of life. We want patients and families to thrive in our home, and feel supported and loved while caring for their loved ones.
We offer a large variety of onsite services so our patients do not have to spend their time being transported to and from appointments. These include wound care, orthopedic care, optometry care, dental services, hearing services, nephrology services, and onsite dialysis. We have a large bilingual staff to ensure great communication between families, residents, and staff. Our residents enjoy a variety of activities in our family-oriented facility that meet the needs of our diverse populations.
