Yes, we currently have Dialyze Direct on site.
What is your memory care unity like?
Our Memory Unit, “ Suite Memories” is made up of private and semi-private rooms. It is a secured memory unit with the Wanderguard system.
Do you have bilingual staff?
Yes, we have a diverse staff that speaks many languages. Many of our managers do speak Spanish as well.
Do you have therapy 7 days a week?
Yes, we currently offer therapies 7 days a week.
How close is the nearest hospital?
We are located .9 miles from Fairview Hospital, less than five minutes away.
Do you have onsite ancillary services?
Yes, we have many services available on site. This includes: dental, podiatry, wound care, psychiatry, psychology counseling, optometry, hearing, and a wound surgeon that rounds monthly.
What other services do you offer?
We have short-term rehab, long-term care, memory care, and onsite dialysis.
